Off Season:  $165 per night
April 16 - November 30

All rates are subject to 4% Hawaii State tax and a $100 cleaning fee

Payment policy:
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your dates. During major holidays such as Christmas and Spring Break we require a 10 night minimum and a 50% deposit.
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:
Either party may cancel the rental up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. In addition, if you cancel the rental in whole or part 60 – 45 days prior to arrival date, and if we are unable to re-book the house for all or part of your confirmed stay at the same rate, the full deposit paid will be forfeited. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will be not be refunded unless we can rebook your dates. We will retain any Rent Deposit and payments as liquidated damages as required to pay such applicable rate. There is no refund of rent for an early departure.
